Terms and Conditions

The parties to the Contract are: on the one hand Doricolor SAS (hereinafter referred to as Doricolor), a Colombian brand, duly constituted under the laws of Colombia, as the seller, and on the other hand the Customer, a natural person, who will act directly or on behalf of a legal entity, as the buyer.

In any case, Doricolor will presume in good faith that it is contracting directly with the Customer or with its duly authorized legal representative, and therefore Doricolor will not assume any responsibility in the event of impersonation.

To make any purchase, it is an essential requirement that the Customer register, identify, and be present as a user on the website, activities that are carried out

employing an email account and a secret password of the Customer, which is of a personal, non-transferable nature and the exclusive and exclusive responsibility of the Customer. The personal data that may be collected at the time of registration will be treated by Doricolor's Personal Data Protection Policy. 

These terms and conditions of purchase shall apply to all product orders placed by the Customer through this website: www.doricolor.com.co. Doricolor reserves the right to modify or add to this document. The terms and conditions applicable to the relationship between Doricolor and the Customer shall be those in effect at the time the order is placed by the Customer.

Products offered are subject to availability and are offered on a limited basis while supplies last. Eventually, it could happen that the same product is purchased by several Customers at the same time, and that at the end of the purchase process the product is no longer available due to the exhaustion of all available units, so the system will not let you make the payment, neither process the Customer's purchase order. In this case the Customer will be informed of the situation presented.

Purchases made on this website will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia.


The price of the products offered on this website is composed of the following concepts to be paid by the Customer: the value of the product and taxes. The prices offered include VAT. In the case of the Pencils and Notebooks products, these are exempt from VAT by DIAN regulations.

When applicable, the Client must also assume the value of the shipping costs of the products, which will be informed in accordance and under the terms indicated in the Consumer Statute.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 47 of the Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011), customers have the right to withdraw from purchases made on this website, subject to the following conditions:

The Customer must communicate with Doricolor through any of the related Customer Service Channels.

The maximum term for exercising the right of withdrawal will be five (5) working days, counted from the delivery of the product or the conclusion of the contract in the case of the provision of services.

The Customer must return the product to Doricolor by the same means and in the same condition as received. The transport costs and other costs involved in returning the goods will be covered by the Customer.

Doricolor will return to the Customer the money corresponding to all the sums paid for the purchase of the product, without making any discounts or deductions for any concept, except those authorized by the Customer.

The return of the money to the Customer shall not exceed thirty (30) calendar days from the time the right of withdrawal was applied.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal implies the termination of the contract between the Customer and Doricolor and the refund of the money paid by the former.

Reversal of Payment

In accordance with Article 51 of the Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011) Customers will have the right to reverse payments made on this website, in the following cases:

  • If it is subject to fraud
  • The payment corresponds to an unsolicited operation
  • The purchased product was not received
  • The product delivered does not correspond to the one requested, does not comply with the inherent characteristics or those attributed by the information provided about it.
  • The product delivered is defective.

In order for the payment to be reversed, the Customer must

Within five (5) working days from the date the Customer knew about the fraudulent or unsolicited operation or that he should have received the product or he received it defective or not corresponding to what was requested, he must file a complaint with the Doricolor;

When applicable, the Customer must return the product, or indicate to the supplier that the goods will be available for collection in the same conditions and at the same place where they were received;

Notify the issuer of the electronic payment instrument used to make the purchase of the product of the complaint, which, together with the other participants in the payment process, will proceed to reverse the transaction. This notification will be within the same period of five (5) working days that you have to file the complaint with the provider.

When several products have been purchased, the Customer may request the partial reversal of payment for those in respect of which one of the above-mentioned events occurs. To request the reversal of payment, the Customer may contact Doricolor through any of the Customer Service Channels.

For more information about the right to reverse payment, the Customer may consult the Consumer's Statute and Decree 587 of 2016.
